Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Chennai. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for the restaurant. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of supplies. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to forecast demands and manage budgets effectively.

• Contract Negotiation and Inventory Management skills
• Experience in Budget Management and Cost Control
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or dining industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
