Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Outreach & Partnerships

    : Identify and engage with companies, corporate HR/CE/Facility teams, event planners, to secure recurring bookings, corporate deals, team outings and client-entertainment events.
  • Package Development

    : Design attractive corporate dining/entertainment packages (theme nights, group menus, drinks options, event add-ons) that align with business client needs (budgets, timing, convenience).
  • Sales & Negotiation

    : Reach out to target companies (banks, IT/ITES, consulting, startups, MNCs), present proposals, close deals and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Marketing Campaigns

    : Plan and execute marketing campaigns (emailers, LinkedIn outreach, corporate newsletters, partner tie-ups) focused on corporate audiences.
  • Brand & Collateral Creation

    : Work with design/creative to prepare corporate?facing materials: decks, brochures, flyers, digital assets detailing venue, packages, past corporate events.
  • Event Coordination

    : Liaise with operations, F&B & service teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings (menus, set-ups, A/V, guest experience).
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

    : Monitor key metrics (number of corporate clients onboarded, repeat business rate, revenue from corporate bookings), and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 25 years experience in corporate/ B2B marketing or salesideally in F&B, hospitality, events or venue business.
  • Strong network or ability to build networks within corporate circles (HR, event planners, facility managers).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a flair for packaging services and crafting compelling offers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, collaborating cross-departmentally.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track results and optimize campaigns accordingly.
