Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The role involves coordinating between suppliers and clients, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate with potential suppliers for pricing and product details.
  • Compare quotations and prepare competitive offers for clients.
  • Share quotations with potential clients and follow up for feedback.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and clients when required.
  • Maintain and update supplier and pricing databases.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely responses and smooth communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred).
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in procurement or sales coordination.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
