Role Summary

Project Manager/Business Analyst

This role blends client engagement, project delivery, milestone management, use-case discovery, requirements analysis, partner/platform coordination, and executive communications. You’ll manage status tracking, documentation, demos, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary client contact from kickoff to go-live; drive cadence for steering, working, and design sessions.

Build and manage stakeholder maps; capture RACI and decision rights.

Plan and run executive briefings, leadership readouts, and client demos tied to measurable outcomes.

Manage change requests, scope negotiations, and expectation setting.

2) Discovery, Use Cases & Scope Definition

Lead discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities; prioritize a backlog using business value, feasibility, risk, and data readiness.

Translate business goals into well-formed epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Conduct data, process, and systems assessments (sources, integrations, security, compliance).

3) Project Planning & Delivery Management

Build end-to-end project plans (phases, milestones, deliverables, owners) and critical paths.

Coordinate with partner/platform teams for environments, provisioning, releases, and production cutovers.

4) Business Analysis & Solution Design Support

Produce BRD/FRD/Use-Case specs, data contracts, test scenarios, and UAT plans.

Partner with architects and product owners to align solution design with requirements and constraints.

Support prompt/knowledge design, evaluation criteria, and guardrails for AI use cases.

5) Implementation, Testing & Readiness

Orchestrate build/integration activities across internal and partner teams.

Prepare change management plans: communications, training, enablement assets, and support playbooks.

6) Governance, Reporting & Communications

Maintain project source-of-truth: plans, RAID, decisions, action logs, and status dashboards.

Deliver weekly status reports and executive summaries highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and responsible AI policies.

Track adoption and value realization (business KPIs, ROI) post-launch.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/program management and business analysis; 3+ years delivering AI/automation, data, or platform implementations.

• Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder enterprise projects (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).

• Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira/Azure Boards, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet), documentation (BRD/FRD), and reporting (PowerPoint/Executive summaries).

• Excellent client-facing communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Experience (Plus)

• Enterprise conversational AI or agentic platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Amazon Connect/Lex, SAP Business AI) or LLM-powered apps.

• Integration patterns/APIs, data pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps concepts; familiarity with security, privacy, and responsible AI.
