Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst

Time zone: Willing to work in UK Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within scope.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to identify needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support testing, implementation, and post-launch activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
