We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to drive large-scale Workday to ADP Global Payroll integration programs across multiple geographies. The role requires extensive experience managing HR transformation initiatives, deep understanding of HCM data flows, and strong project governance capabilities.This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders-HR, Payroll, Technology, Finance, ADP vendors, Workday COE, and global business leads-to ensure successful rollout of integrations, accurate payroll data mapping, and compliance with local statutory requirements across 60+ countries.
Key Responsibilities Program Management
- Own delivery of Workday - ADP integration across multi-region payroll transformation programs.
- Manage project scoping, estimation, resource planning, and end-to-end release management.
- Develop detailed high-level and low-level project plans, sprint plans, build cycles, and cutover plans.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as data accuracy, system stability, testing coverage, and cutover Integration Management :
- Manage integrations for :
- ADP GlobalView (SAP-based payroll)
- ADP Celergo (global payroll hub)
- ADP Workforce Now / eTime / Streamline
- Oversee configuration alignment, payroll interface mapping, transformation logic, and downstream reporting.
- Manage PECI/PICOF-based integrations, EIB flows, and custom integration logic.
- Work closely with Workday integration developers to define mapping for :
- Worker data
- Compensation
- Time & attendance
- Absence data
- Payroll results
- Pay groups & Rollout & Country Enablement :
- Lead parallel rollouts covering 60+ countries, ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation.
- Conduct impact analysis for country-specific statutory fields, earning/deduction components, and tax rules.
- Partner with regional payroll leads (Americas/EMEA/APAC) to validate gaps and data conversion needs.
- Coordinate country workshops, discovery sessions, sign-offs, and readiness Readiness, Mapping & Validation :
- Oversee worker data extraction, cleansing, alignment, and transformation activities.
- Manage data mapping between Workday HCM and ADP payroll systems (country-specific).
- Lead data validation cycles :
- Pre-load validation
- Post-load audits
- Reconciliation and error resolution
- Ensure high-quality mapping for pay components, org structures, position data, attendance data, and Leadership (SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel Testing) :
- Define test strategy, test cycles, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT with HROps, vendors, and Workday SMEs.
- Manage payroll parallel runs across multiple cycles until steady-state accuracy is achieved.
- Track defects, triage resolutions, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Lead testing ceremonies, sign-offs, and production readiness & Go-Live Management :
- Create detailed cutover plans including sequencing, dependencies, and responsible owners.
- Ensure readiness for :
- Data conversion
- Interface activation
- Payroll calendar alignment
- Production migration reviews
- Lead go-live war rooms and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Build stabilization plans to ensure payroll accuracy and timely & Vendor Management :
- Work with Workday COE, HR Transformation teams, ADP implementation teams, and country payroll leads.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage U.S. and Europe-based leadership expectations, ensuring clarity on dependencies.
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively, driving resolutions through cross-functional Compliance & Documentation :
- Maintain project governance: RAID logs, risk heatmaps, dependency matrices, audit trail documentation.
- Ensure compliance with :
- GDPR and global data privacy laws
- Regional payroll statutory requirements
- Internal audit & SOX controls
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, mapping documents, testing artifacts, and operational handover & Change Management :
- Drive communication plans, stakeholder alignment, and organization-wide change adoption.
- Prepare executive dashboards, weekly updates, monthly summaries, and leadership escalations.
- Conduct training sessions, user orientation, and process walkthroughs for impacted teams.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
- Workday Skills
- Expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Payroll (functional level), and Integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio integrations, Core Connector frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, supervisory org structures, and worker data.

- Experience managing integration with ADP platforms like :

- Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, earning codes, deduction codes, and statutory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Experience with large-scale HR transformation programs for global enterprises
- Experience working with US-based and Europe-based stakeholders
- Experience in onsite-offshore delivery model
- Prior consulting background (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, ADP, etc.) is a plus
