Architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively. Required Skills & Expertise Extensive experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration. Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
