With features like real-time time tracking, performance analytics, collaboration insights, and advanced reporting, MaxelTracker empowers organizations to unlock productivity and drive smarter decision-making.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the roadmap and execution of MaxelTracker. As the Product Owner, you will be the voice of the customer, translating business needs into product features, ensuring seamless execution with engineering, and delivering a world-class SaaS solution that drives adoption and growth.
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MaxelTracker.
Translate business and customer requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact product releases.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Engage with customers, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and continuously improve product experience.
Define and track KPIs and product performance metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Stay updated on SaaS trends, employee productivity tools, and compliance requirements to keep MaxelTracker ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
Experience in SaaS platforms, B2B productivity tools, or HR/employee monitoring software is a strong plus.
Excellent skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms.
Ability to balance technical understanding with business and customer value prioritization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI/ML-powered platforms or analytics-driven SaaS tools.
Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) relevant to productivity monitoring tools.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for SaaS applications.
Prior experience working in startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
