We’ve been profitable since 2016 and are now scaling rapidly from $1M to $5M ARR. Now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor) who’s ready to drive go-to-market strategy, lead feature launches, and own messaging that moves the needle. What You'll Own End-to-end GTM strategy: Craft and execute go-to-market plans for new features and products — from positioning to launch. Messaging that connects: Develop product messaging and positioning that’s clear, compelling, and customer-focused. Activation & adoption: Drive user adoption with product-led content, use cases, walkthroughs, and in-app education. Conversion-focused content: Create sales collateral, customer case studies, and product updates that convert. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, design, support, and growth teams to bring ideas to life. Market intelligence: Analyze competitors, user feedback, and trends to inform strategic decisions. You Should Have 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. A strong grasp of user psychology, storytelling, and positioning. Experience running GTM campaigns, driving adoption, and crafting messaging that converts. Comfort working as an individual contributor — you love rolling up your sleeves and owning outcomes. An analytical mindset — you enjoy digging into user data and behavior. Strong collaboration skills — you're great at syncing with product and GTM teams. Why This Role is Unique You’ll work closely with the product team, not just the marketing team. You’ll own the strategy and execution — from messaging to launch to feedback loops. You’ll move fast, experiment often, and see your work impact metrics directly.
