Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with company objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent product communication
• Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimise marketing efforts
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and report on KPIs and ROI
• Support brand consistency and ensure messaging aligns with overall marketing strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and product data
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, email marketing, and analytics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
• Valid New Zealand work rights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or consumer product marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits
• Experience with go-to-market planning, segmentation, and positioning
