The Role
Product Marketing Manager
You'll craft the story of how AI employees transform the entire customer lifecycle, create content that reaches decision-makers where they engage, and build Sagepilot's voice as the category leader in autonomous customer experience.
What You'll DoStrategic Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for consumer brands across industries (retail, wellness, beauty, travel, healthcare, finance)
- Articulate how AI employees drive measurable impact across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, activation, support, retention, and growth
- Create differentiated messaging for various buyer personas: founders, CMOs, CX leaders, operations heads
- Own competitive positioning and battle cards that highlight Sagepilot's autonomous capabilities vs. traditional chatbots and human teams
Content & Thought Leadership
- Build Sagepilot's authoritative voice in the consumer brand ecosystem through LinkedIn thought leadership, industry insights, newsletter content, and community engagement
- Create diverse content formats: social posts, Twitter/X threads, blog articles, white papers, video scripts, infographics, and webinar presentations
- Transform customer wins into powerful stories—from quick social proof snippets to comprehensive case studies demonstrating ROI across the customer lifecycle
- Develop industry-specific use cases showcasing AI employee impact on acquisition rates, conversion optimization, activation success, support efficiency, and retention metrics
Sales Enablement
- Create high-impact sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection handlers, competitive battle cards, and ROI calculators
- Develop lifecycle-specific collateral that helps prospects understand AI employee value at each stage of the customer journey
- Partner closely with sales and business development to understand what resonates with prospects and continuously refine messaging
- Build internal enablement programs to ensure the team can confidently articulate product value
Go-to-Market Execution
- Plan and execute product launches with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, design)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
- Own website messaging, landing page copy, and conversion optimization
- Identify and engage in communities, forums, and channels where consumer brand decision-makers spend time
- Represent Sagepilot at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Customer Insights & Performance
- Work with customer success to develop compelling customer stories that demonstrate quantifiable impact
- Analyze campaign performance across channels and optimize based on engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion data
- Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform messaging and product development
- Track win/loss data to continuously improve positioning and competitive strategy

2-4 years in product marketing
