About The Role We're looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer who enjoys building great user experiences and working with modern tools like Next.js , React , and Payload CMS . If you’re passionate about clean UI, enjoy solving real product challenges, and are excited to work with a headless CMS, we’d love to have you on our team in Hyderabad . What You’ll Do Build responsive, accessible, and performant UIs using React or Next.js. Work with Payload CMS to define custom collections, fields, and relationships. Extend the CMS admin panel and backend logic as needed. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to turn ideas into polished features. Write clean, modular code and contribute to improving development workflows. Debug and optimize UI performance and user experience. What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of React or Next.js and frontend development fundamentals. Comfortable working with headless CMS platforms – ideally Payload CMS (or willing to learn it quickly). Familiar with modern styling tools like Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or similar. Understanding of REST APIs and basic backend integration. Knowledge of Git and collaboration in a team development environment. A keen eye for UI/UX and attention to detail in implementation. Bonus Skills (Nice To Have) Experience extending Payload CMS with custom plugins, hooks, or access control. Familiarity with MongoDB and Node.js. Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR), static generation (SSG), and performance optimization. Experience working on design systems or reusable component libraries. Why Join Us?
