Role Description: The role demands a deep understanding of Distributor buying cycles, channel ecosystem management, and relationship-based selling. The Manager will drive revenue through distribution channels and EPC contractors. Key Responsibilities: •Identify, appoint, and nurture channel partners such as dealers, distributors, and stockiest in target territories. •Ensure consistent partner engagement, annual targets, sales monitoring and performance evaluation. •Prepare price guidelines and quotations aligned with client requirements to support channel partners. •Maintain strong relationships through technical support, commercial guidance and faster delivery. •Achieve channel sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and monitoring. •Keep track of competitors CP, market movements and brand preferences. •Devise method for secure payments through CF arrangements. •Monitor ROI of CP and support them to achieve shorter ROI cycle. •Work closely with product, pricing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution. •Devise suitable schemes, TOD and loyalty programs and conduct promotional activities with end use group.
