The company is expanding into housing wires and Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG), committed to delivering innovative, high-quality products that redefine industry standards. Role Description: The role demands a deep understanding of Distributor buying cycles, channel ecosystem management, and relationship-based selling. The Manager will drive revenue through distribution channels and EPC contractors. Key Responsibilities: •Identify, appoint, and nurture channel partners such as dealers, distributors, and stockiest in target territories. •Ensure consistent partner engagement, annual targets, sales monitoring and performance evaluation. •Prepare price guidelines and quotations aligned with client requirements to support channel partners. •Maintain strong relationships through technical support, commercial guidance and faster delivery. •Achieve channel sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and monitoring. •Keep track of competitors CP, market movements and brand preferences. •Devise method for secure payments through CF arrangements. •Monitor ROI of CP and support them to achieve shorter ROI cycle. •Work closely with product, pricing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution. •Devise suitable schemes, TOD and loyalty programs and conduct promotional activities with end use group. Experience & Qualifications: •10–12 years of experience in channel sales with a strong background in B2C products. (Pan India exposure is preferred. Region experience is must.) •Experience in electrical products / FMEG brands - wires and cables is highly preferred. •Proven ability to handle dealer/channel network and institutional clients. •Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
