Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Business Manager to manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers. The role focuses on customer retention, identifying upselling opportunities, resolving client issues, and ensuring consistent satisfaction with our packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and expectations.
Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and ensure timely re-orders.
Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new packaging products or solutions.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and deliver monthly sales retention reports to management.
Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Traveling also to sign the agreements

Qualification:

Any Graduate / B. Tch. / MBA
Fresher
Communication Scale should be good
