Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to dealers, distributors, and fabricators to promote MS Pipes, demonstrate product features, and secure repeat orders.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market surveys, networking, and competitor analysis; generate qualified leads monthly.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders by negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; coordinate with internal teams for timely execution from order to delivery.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners via regular follow-ups, loyalty programs, and conflict resolution to achieve 95% customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries/complaints within 24-48 hours, ensuring zero escalations to higher management.
• Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and production teams to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment and minimize stockouts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics, MS Pipes/steel products, and industry trends (e.g., construction, plumbing sectors).
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven track record in channel sales.
• Strong communication (verbal/written) and presentation abilities; fluent in English + local language.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with ability to work independently in a field-based role; proficient in MS Excel for reporting and basic CRM tools.
• Analytical mindset for variance analysis (actual vs. target) and proactive problem-solving.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred) or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in channel sales, preferably in MS Pipes, steel products, building materials, heavy equipment and machinery.
