Customer Relationship Associate

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Associate to manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• The role focuses on customer retention, identifying upselling opportunities, resolving client issues, and ensuring consistent satisfaction with our packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and expectations.
• Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and ensure timely re-orders.
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new packaging products or solutions.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and deliver monthly sales retention reports to management.
• Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Traveling also to sign the agreements

Qualification

• Any Graduate / B. Tch. / MBA
• Fresher
• Communication Scale should be good
