Job description
The CRM Associate is responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing queries
efficiently, and ensuring seamless support throughout the customer journey to strengthen
relationships and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
●Manage customer communications, inquiries, and grievances in a prompt and professional manner.
●Record and update all customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems with accuracy.
●Support customer data analysis to identify areas of improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
●Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns and engagement activities to enhance customer retention.
●Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of customer relationship initiatives.
●Understand the client engagement cycle, sales process, and documentation requirements to meet organizational standards.
●Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Excel and Word and adapt to company specific SOPs and CRM software.
Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
●1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination roles.
●Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management practices.
●Strong verbal and written communication skills.
●Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Pay: ₹10,275.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
