Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities: Document Preparation: Preparing and reviewing various shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Compliance: Ensuring all documentation meets the legal and regulatory requirements for both import and export, both domestically and internationally. Shipment Tracking: Monitoring and tracking the status of shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. Coordination: Coordinating with various parties, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth cargo movement. Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate records and organizing documentation for easy access and retrieval. Reporting: Preparing daily reports on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise. Payment Processing: Managing and verifying payment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms. Review and Update SOPs: Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures to ensure proper documentation practices. Essential Skills: Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is crucial for preparing documents and ensuring compliance.
