As a Back-End Developer at our dynamic development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. Your expertise in modern back-end technologies and frameworks will be key in ensuring the robustness and scalability of our systems while collaborating with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end infrastructure, optimizing database schemas, creating and maintaining RESTful APIs or GraphQL services, monitoring and optimizing application performance, implementing security protocols, collaborating with front-end developers, ensuring code quality and best practices, writing tests, participating in deployment processes, and maintaining technical documentation. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in back-end programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, Go, or C#, and familiar with frameworks like Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel. Your experience with SQL-based and NoSQL databases, RESTful API development, Git, security best practices, testing frameworks, cloud platforms, microservices, Agile methodologies, and problem-solving skills will be valuable assets. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in back-end development or a similar role. Strong communication, collaboration, time management skills, a passion for learning new technologies, and staying updated with industry trends are essential attributes for success in this position. While not required, experience with containerization, serverless architectures, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline implementation, front-end technologies, and web development would be considered a plus.
