Job Description

About the Role: To focus on increasing revenue by building additional business networks through dealers and distributors for the range of products the company has to offer. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing channel relationships and be responsible for achieving the revenue targets through the channels. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and sign on suitable dealers / distributors for the company all India 2. Build a relationship with the new and existing channel partners 3. Work with partners to ensure business targets are met 4. Train and improve channels 5. Build and execute all channel sales / marketing strategies 6. Share periodic sales & performance reports 7. Making Brand Promotional strategies 8. Must be ready to travel extensively About the Candidate: This is a new role created to ensure increased business through the channel network. To be suitable in this role, the incumbent must: Be a Graduate degree |/PG / (Electrical B.Tech or MBA) Very good communication skills Experience in Report writing Experience in preparing proposals and handling contracts Experience in Customer Relationship Management Good at Excel and other analytical tools
