Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Business strategy and planning: Develop and execute the long-term business strategy to achieve and surpass the revenue target of 500 crores by defining a strategic roadmap and identifying new business opportunities in key global markets. Revenue and sales.
  • leadership: P&L responsibility and ownership of the sales cycle by driving high-value sales, and new client acquisition, particularly within the target markets of the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
  • Market expansion and growth: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to increase its market presence, positioning the company as a leader in digital solutions.
  • Team leadership and management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance team across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing functions.
  • ERP solutions and domain expertise: Leverage deep knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, with specific expertise in Infor LN and Microsoft Dynamics, to drive business in the Manufacturing, Retail, and E-commerce sectors. Client relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. Represent the company at major industry events and conferences.
  • Digital innovation and service delivery: Ensure the successful deployment of digital solutions, including Cloud, Analytics, and Automation projects. Oversee delivery teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial management: Oversee budgetary controls, manage financial metrics, and ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI and profitability.

Qualifications and skills

  • An MBA from a reputed B-school.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the IT industry, with a substantial part of that time spent in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience and established business connect across global markets, preferably in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific for doing business and achieving significant sales success Proven track record of building and scaling businesses across geographies.
  • Deep expertise in selling and implementing ERP solutions like Infor LN and Microsoft Dynamics and excellent domain knowledge of the Manufacturing, Retail, and E-commerce industries.
  • Strong strategic planning, marketing, and selling skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities with demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse, and high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
