He will be responsible for the sales P&L and drive customer success with top OEMs/Tier-1s, and leads sales, marketing along with coordinating with the plant operations and Engineering team.

Drive the organization through their transformation journey from a product provider to a solution provider to OEM across India.

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing core responsibilities aligned with business objectives, collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency, execute processes, and deliver results. The role requires a proactive professional with relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, good relationships with OEMs and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing overall business direction with end-to-end P&L accountability
• Strengthening customer relationships and driving market expansion
• Ensuring operational efficiency and consistent delivery results
• Leading new product conceptualization and launch initiatives
• Driving financial discipline, controls, and compliance
• Building strong teams and developing leadership capability
• Leading organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives
• Translating strategy into actionable plans and execution.

Profile Requirements:

• Engineering degree + MBA (preferred).
• 20+ years in Plastic / Electronics / Electrical components related to OEM (Auto Industry) with strong Sales, Marketing and some plant operation experience. Should have handled P&L.

• Auto components experience is mandatory
