Duties/Responsibilities: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, bids, and cost estimates for railway projects.Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents to identify scope of work, timelines, and budget requirements.Develop detailed project reports including technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tender preparation and submission.Provide expert advice on government tenders, e-tendering processes, and IREPS compliance.
