Role & responsibilities Store Operation -Controlling the overall operations of the store including business development, revenue generation, profit maximization, store ambience & VM, customer relations and people management.Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results & ensuring highest level of operational quality.Implementing Standard Operational Procedures & identifying reasons for deviation if any, defining procedures & practices and ensuring its compliance at the retail outlet on a daily basis.Visual Merchandising & Store display -Takecare of the store display/VM to enhance brand image (as per the centralized VM guidelines) and generate more sales by doing necessary changes on regular intervals with consultation of the VM head.Maintaining the high standard of the store ambience by ensuring the lighting, cooling, fragrance, cleanliness & the merchandise display at the store.Guiding the team (or the concerned person who looks after the VM at the store) to follow the VM standard without any deviation.Marketing -Ensure all the Brand signage, collaterals, product talkers etc are displayed as per the guidance from the marketing team at Ho.Execute special events, promotional campaigns EOSS with co-ordination of the marketing department.Customer Service -Maintaining the highest standard of customer service & follow the SOP on customer service. Train the store team to follow the service standard by regular coaching as well as individual feedback to the store team members.Train & guide the sales team to deliver the best in class service accordance to the standard guidelines. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.Inventory Management -Ensures availability of merchandise and services by constant coordination with the respective category managers as well as the inventory planner.Maintaining inventories as per the sales pattern & seasonal sales forecasting.Guiding the Inventory controller of the store to ensure timely availability of the merchandise & its display.Arranging physical stock takes on regular interval by the inventory controller to keep the inventory up to date and avoid any kind of pilferage.Interested Candidates can share their cv at hr@address-home.comRegards : Ravi (HR)

Category Management -Range/Merchandise assortment requirement preparation.Analysis of top line & bottom-line growth for category & providing right insight to Operations & MerchandisingManaging the OTB, Buying & stock levels as per the Annual Business plan.Order planning & management.Provide promotional & annual sale plan data.Inventory Control & Replenishment -Preparation of Store Capacity & periodic review of the same along with AMM.Coordinating with the Replenishment/SCM team & ensure timely allocations.Coordinating with SCM for timely execution of reshuffling plans.Manage/Control Buying based on OTB.Reports & Analysis -Product analysis, analyzing product performance, regularly track competitors activities, consumers needs and buying pattern.Analyzing Slow/Fast movers and provide the insights to VM/MKT for necessary actions.Preparation of scheduled reports (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) for review & provide the same with insights to Management.Review the scheduled reports with Operation & Store Managers for performance improvement.Entire Performance analysis (Category, Product, Stores & aging) and taking appropriate action.SKU rationalization for inventory optimization.Analyzing Target vs Achievement of the category on store level & take necessary action for sales achievement.Required Candidate who can join on immediate basis.
