We are looking for a General Accountant with 2 to 2.5 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of journal entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliation, GST, TDS, and other accounting principles. The role includes handling day-to-day accounting activities, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and preparing financial reports. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software is required.
Role & Responsibilities: * Manage recruitment process for various roles. * Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. * Handle employee records and maintain HR databases. * Assist in performance management, employee appraisals, and disciplinary actions. * Implement HR policies, and track adherence to the company's HR guidelines. * Ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Preferred Candidate Profile: * Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
