Role & responsibilities : Responsible to create outline designs for products and test theoretical designs for their feasibility Responsible for 3D modeling and creating technical drawings of mechanical parts Perform computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the design Ensure the final product is in perfect working condition with regards to performance, reliability and safety before release Documenting the design process, production report and review Liaising with clients, designers, engineers and manufacturers to ensure coherence Keep abreast of the latest advancement in technology, design trends and engineering best practices Preferred candidate profile : Should have hands on experience with design software - Solidworks Should have knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices Should have strong presentation skills Should have exceptional time management and project completion skills Should have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
