Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities Conduct regular and scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery to avoid breakdowns and improve efficiency Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime Inspect machines and equipment for wear, defects, or malfunctions. Identify potential issues and address them before they cause significant problems Recommend improvements or upgrades to existing machines or systems to increase productivity, reduce costs, or enhance safety Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues with machinery and equipment quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of machine repairs, maintenance schedules, parts used, and equipment performance. Work closely with production teams to understand operational needs and provide technical support for machinery-related issues Maintain AMCs of machines & their spare parts Ensure that all machines and equipment comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Maintain 5s & kaizen at shop floor. Key Skills Required : Should have strong knowledge on Machin maintenance such as CNC, Lathe, Oven etc Should have hands-on experience in handling equipment's such as Hydraulic pallet, EOT crane, Diesel generator, Air compressors etc Should have strong knowledge on electrical & mechanical maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to quickly identify issues and implement solutions Effective communication skills to work with team members, report on issues, and collaborate with other departments Should understood the safety protocals.
