1. Role Purpose We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive rigging equipment (shackles, slings, hooks, lifting accessories, etc.) through catalogue-based selling. The role involves extensive customer visits and enquiry handling, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the field, meeting customers, and closing high-volume, fast-moving orders. 2. Key Responsibilities • Generate enquiries and orders for rigging products through regular market visits. • Visit existing and new customers rigging shops, crane service providers, lifting equipment users, distributors, construction & industrial sites, etc. • Promote and explain catalogue items (sizes, capacities, variants) and guide customers in selecting suitable rigging products. • Handle a high volume of enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and convert them into orders with quick turnaround. • Share and explain product catalogues, price lists, and basic technical data to customers. • Coordinate with internal sales coordination/back-office for quotations, order processing, and dispatch. • Maintain and update daily visit reports, enquiry/offer trackers, and order status. 3. Candidate Profile Experience: • Prior experience in catalogue sales is mandatory (industrial products preferred). • Experience in rigging / lifting equipment / MHE / industrial hardware will be an added advantage. Education: Any Graduate Skills & Competencies: • Strong field sales orientation comfortable with extensive travel and daily customer visits. • Ability to handle high enquiry volume and multiple follow-ups in parallel. • Basic understanding of measurements, capacities, and load parameters (can be trained). • Good communication and relationship-building skills at shop-floor, purchase, and management levels. • Basic MS Excel / WhatsApp / email skills for quotations and reporting. • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented. Other Requirements: • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license. 4.
