About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President/Regional Head to lead our waste management collection and transportation business in Western India. This pivotal role requires a proven track record in the industry and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, finance, and HR, driving growth and efficiency while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization, aligning with the overall company vision.

• Develop and execute new strategies, projects, and plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

• Identify and implement robust processes to minimize operational leakages and enhance profitability.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, other divisions, and departments to achieve organizational goals.

2. Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant waste collection and transportation services.

• Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes.

• Ensure departmental decisions and project plans align with the organization's business plan and vision.

• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.

• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.

3. Team Development:

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Identify training needs and ensure proper training is developed and provided.

• Filter organization-wide initiatives to all levels, ensuring work processes are geared towards continuous improvement.

• Develop critical leaders at project sites.

4.Financial Performance:

• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability.

• Maintain profitability and healthy cash flow.

• Develop the right strategic plan for future growth.

5.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.

6.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.

Provide customers with better service by setting up a robust customer relationship mechanism.
