Product Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our products. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our offerings resonate with customers and achieve business objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who loves combining market insights, strategy, and creativity to deliver impactful product marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans
• Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for different audiences
• Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
• Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product guides
• Launch products and campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize initiatives for impact
• Support content creation for digital campaigns, social media, and product collateral
• Measure and report on the success of product marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market insights
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, CRM, and marketing automation tools
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal!)
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized
