Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Owner at AD Studio9. The Owner will oversee and lead design projects, manage client relationships, and ensure design solutions align with the company’s mission of simplicity and function. Responsibilities include supervising the design process, mentoring team members, managing project timelines, and delivering tailored design outcomes. The role requires strategic decision-making and continuous collaboration with clients and team members to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong design-related skills, including Concept Development, Space Planning, and Visual Design
• Project management expertise with skills in Organization, Time Management, and Multi-tasking
• Client-facing skills such as Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to unique challenges
• Leadership and mentoring experience to support team development
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Bengaluru’s design and market trends is advantageous
