This job position is for IRIS's Saas product line, IRIS CARBON. IRIS CARBON is a globally recognized SaaS product in the compliance and regulatory reporting domain with customers across 35+ countries. We are in a hyper-growth mode to scale IRIS CARBON customer base to 10x in the next 5 years primarily focusing on USA, Europe and APAC region. The product is an offering to the Office of CFO helping organizations with financial reporting, sustainability/ESG reporting and various types of internal reports. Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

• Work with product and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature/product launches.
• Develop sales enablement material: product decks, case studies, and battle cards.
• Train internal teams (sales/support) on product value propositions and updates.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Liaise with stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with business goals
• Support event marketing, webinars, and product demos as needed
• Analyze and present campaign performance and product adoption reports to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing and/or product marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO tools, GA4, etc.).
• Proven ability to craft strategic messaging and drive customer engagement.
• Experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively to solve problems.
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech-driven products is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of user journey mapping and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Design/UX sensibility or experience collaborating closely with UI/UX teams.

Qualification:

• UG + MBA in Digital Marketing (Preferred).
