Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong execution background in digital and performance marketing. This role is crucial in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven and ROI-focused strategies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns, optimizing digital funnels, and translating user insights into impactful marketing initiatives. Tools like Moengage, Appsflyer, GA, Tableau should be second nature to the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth & Performance Marketing :

  • Scale and optimize multichannel growth initiatives across WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Push, In-App, IVR, and paid performance channels.
  • Manage INR 3–3.65 Cr/month marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across UA, remarketing, and CRM-driven channels.
  • Drive continuous experimentation in creatives, offers, segmentation, and funnels to improve CAC, LTV, CTR/CVR, and overall channel ROI.
  • Identify and fix attribution gaps across AppsFlyer and internal systems to surface true organic and paid contribution.

2.Remarketing and Product Strategy :

  • Build and scale remarketing engines to re-engage large dormant user bases (50M+), improving conversion and lowering CAC.
  • Enrich CRM systems with personalized user attributes and behavioral signals to deliver high-impact automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Lead channel-level experimentation (WhatsApp, Push, SMS, In-App) and incrementality studies to inform budget allocation based on long-term NGR ROI.
  • Grow remarketing’s contribution to acquisition volumes through targeted campaigns, segmentation improvements, and new channel unlocks.

3.Product and Lifecycle Marketing :

  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Brand to launch and optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, and feature adoption.
  • Improve product funnel conversion by identifying drop-off points and driving targeted product experiments, including KYC and onboarding enhancements.
  • Design and execute lifecycle journeys, using segmentation and personalization to boost retention, engagement, and D0/D7 conversions.
  • Create rewards, gamification, and offer frameworks that enhance conversion, reduce costs, and improve LTV.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM launches for new game formats and app experience revamps.

4.Crossfunctional Leadership:

  • Work closely with Data Science to scale ML-driven personalization models for user profiles, intent prediction, and offer optimization.
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to design high-impact communication strategies and conduct creative experimentation.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, driving execution across funnel optimization, experimentation, campaign planning, and analytics.

Skills & Qualification:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Growth, Lifecycle, CRM, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling ability; proficiency with funnel analytics and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer).
  • Experience managing multi-crore monthly marketing budgets and optimizing across UA and remarketing channels.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing), and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and user journey orchestration.
  • Proven track record collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Creative teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
