Backed by real cusotmer love and immense distirbtuon muscle, in 2025, FITPASS is launching new D2C brands across smart home fitness gear, clean label functional foods, and athletic apparel The Role This is a high-performance execution role . You will run ads, test fast, optimize faster, and drive qualified leads through tightly-managed funnels. You’ll improve not just volume, but lead quality, intent scoring, and cash conversion cycles . We’re looking for someone who treats every click as a cost—and every conversion as a business outcome. What You’ll Do • Own and execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) • Optimize campaigns across platforms. Metrics like CPC, CPM, CPA, CCC, ROAS, Retention, Conversion will be on your fingertips. • A/B test creative, copy, and funnels with speed and purpose • Build, monitor, and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent users • Improve lead-to-conversion ratio and shorten the cash conversion cycle • Analyze campaign data in real time; scale what works, drop what doesn’t • Shape messaging and positioning to align with audience behavior • Collaborate with growth, product, and content teams for aligned execution • Run lifecycle campaigns via Braze (email, push, in-app journeys) You Must Know (Really well!) • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager • Appsflyer, Google Analytics, MoEngage, Tableau/Looker Studio • Funnel optimization and multi-touch attribution • SQL (write your own queries) Who You Are • 3–6 years of hands-on performance/product/growth marketing (D2C/B2C) • Proven track record with lead quality improvement and scoring frameworks • Comfortable owning CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cash cycle metrics • Top-tier engineering + MBA background (IIT/NIT/BITS + IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI or similar) • Bonus if you’ve worked in fitness, health-tech, or consumer tech What We Offer • Full ownership in a profitable, high-growth ecosystem • A chance to also lead growth for category-defining launches • Competitive salary + performance incentives • FITPASS membership and exclusive wellness perks This is not a brand role.
