Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong execution background in digital and performance marketing. Implement SEO strategies and content optimization to drive organic traffic. Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost LTV and reduce churn. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the growth, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with user experience and product updates. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and creatives. 5. CRM & Retention Strategies: Design and implement email, push notification, and in-app marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement. Analyze user behavior to create personalized customer journeys and automated workflows. Qualifications & Experience: 3-6 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing in a B2C or D2C tech company. Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Moengage, Appsflyer, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Proven track record of executing high-ROI digital campaigns with clear CAC, ROAS, Cash conversion cycle and LTV insights. Experience in growth hacking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
