Develop and execute product-led growth initiatives to drive user activation, retention, and expansion.
Create sales enablement assets, including interactive demos, lifecycle email campaigns, and re-engagement sequences.
Build in-app messaging and adoption campaigns using Pendo to drive feature discovery and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch key features and products, ensuring all GTM-facing teams understand value propositions and have necessary resources.
Analyze market behavior by monitoring feature adoption, analyzing sales intelligence, conducting competitor research, and gathering GTM feedback.
Define and execute ICP frameworks to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS positioning and the ability to execute messaging across various touchpoints.
Experience with content development, story-telling, and segmentation expertise.
Ability to leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, to enhance execution, research, and content creation.
Skilled at identifying and defining market segments and personas that value the platform.
Comfortable working alongside designers to build collateral or using tools like Figma/Canva to create basic assets independently.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
