About The Role
** This position is based in Pune India.**As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will support the day-to-day execution of product marketing by managing project coordination, executing campaign work, and building clarity through reporting and analysis. You’ll also play a key role in slide deck creation and sales enablement deliverablesThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of marketing operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with product marketing leaders, sales, and corporate marketing to align initiatives and deliver results.
You Will
Provide Campaign & Project Support
- Collaborate with product marketing and corporate marketing to coordinate campaigns (launches, webinars, lead nurture) and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
- Assist with content development collaboration, segmentation, and list work.
- Manage campaign checklists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Build Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards using HubSpot, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry topics to help guide messaging and content direction
- Prepare polished internal reports and performance summaries.
Support Sales Enablement and Deck Creation
- Create and maintain professional, polished slide decks to support product marketing and sales initiatives.
- Contribute to sales enablement tasks, including collateral preparation.
Maintain Trackers & Provide Administrative Support
- Own several operational trackers (campaign status, editorial calendar, content delivery, KPI reports) and keep them up to date.
- Follow up with team members and stakeholders to collect inputs, approvals, and updates.
- Support content management and updates across the Product Marketing Hub and shared resources.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to keep marketing initiatives on track.
Create Process Improvement & Documentation
- Suggest, document, and help standardize campaign execution processes, SEO best practices, and reporting templates.
- Maintain organized records and ensure that knowledge is transferable across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, or analytics.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and healthcare technology.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of producing polished deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to create and refine slide decks and support sales enablement deliverables.
- Proven ability to provide honest, accurate reporting, even when results are challenging.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow direction while contributing constructive input.
Bonus Points
- Design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) to assist with collateral or visuals.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reporting.
- Experience with competitive research, positioning, or go-to-market strategy.
