Role Overview

Product Analyst – Marketing



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large-scale marketing data from platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Develop predictive and attribution models to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign tracking and business KPIs.
  • Work closely with Product and Growth teams to design and test data-driven marketing experiments.
  • Identify trends, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities through advanced data analytics.
  • Drive actionable insights to improve CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.Tech or M.Tech from

    IITs or NITs

    .
  • Strong foundation in

    Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering

    .
  • 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics (freshers with exceptional quantitative ability are welcome).
  • Proficiency in

    SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel

    .
  • Working knowledge of tools like

    Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

    .
  • Exceptional problem-solving and logical reasoning ability.
  • Interest in marketing, growth analytics, and data-led decision-making.
