Job Description: Product Manager

Location: Noida Sector 142 (On Site)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Budget: 9-12 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the
product roadmap
, vision, and strategy aligned with business goals
Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, sales, and support teams
Translate business needs into
clear product requirements, user stories, and PRDs
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions
Define product success metrics and track performance post-launch
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal user experience
Support go-to-market activities including product launches, demos, and sales enablement
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
Continually improve existing features and identify opportunities for innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a
Product Manager
(preferably in SaaS / Tech / B2B)
Strong understanding of
product lifecycle management
and agile methodologies
Experience writing
PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with tools like
Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar

Good to Have

Experience in
B2B SaaS products
Knowledge of
maritime, logistics, shipping, or trade
domains
Exposure to
data-driven decision-making
and analytics tools
Technical understanding of APIs, backend systems, or cloud platforms
