User Experience Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our expanding product team. As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Your key responsibilities will include designing seamless and user-friendly interfaces for various applications, developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Additionally, you will be tasked with producing high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using design tools, conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback for design refinement, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure cohesive design implementation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that designs adhere to accessibility and responsiveness standards, contributing to the design system and style guides, and presenting and advocating for user-centered design decisions to stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. A strong portfolio showcasing design projects for both web and mobile applications is required. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is essential. Working knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks like React or Angular is preferred. Moreover, you should have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design, along with familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are also crucial for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar for user behavior analysis, and experience designing for ERP or SaaS platforms.
