Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA in IT / Marketing or a relevant field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle outbound calls and convert leads into clients. Knowledge of IT services, especially digital marketing and website development. Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients to introduce them to Codezion Softwares and our range of services. Sales Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions. Sales & Negotiations: Effectively sell our IT services (website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing) and negotiate terms to close deals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic Excel, data management, and creating presentations (PPT).
