About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of engineering, customers, and business outcomes. You’ll own critical product areas that directly shape how Opsolute delivers value to enterprises. As a Product Manager at Opsolute, you will act as the connective tissue between engineering teams, design, leadership, and our customers. 

You will take ownership of defining the “why” and “what” for our products, ensuring that every feature shipped is not just functional but truly impactful. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically while executing with precision balancing customer empathy with technical depth and market awareness.

What You’ll Do:

Customer & Market Insight

• Partner with customers, prospects, and the FinOps community to deeply understand needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Translate complex user feedback into clear product requirements and opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends in cloud cost optimization, observability, and security to inform roadmap decisions.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership.
• Own and communicate the roadmap, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize features and trade-offs using a data-informed and customer-first approach.

Execution & Delivery

• Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and collaborate with engineering on technical scoping.
• Manage sprint planning and feature releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with design and engineering to simplify complex data into intuitive user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the voice of the customer in every conversation with engineering, design, and leadership.
• Bridge the gap between deeply technical engineering work and customer/business context.
• Enable sales, customer success, and marketing with clear product messaging, demos, and collateral.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to iteratively refine and improve the product.
• Drive post-release reviews to capture lessons and inform future cycles.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in product management or a related field.
• 2–6 years of product management experience in SaaS, B2B software, or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end product development—from roadmap to release.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and product architecture.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams without needing to code.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into impactful product features.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, observability, or cloud security.
• Certifications in FinOps, cloud (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP/Azure), or Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or emerging cloud technologies.
