About the Role

People & Operations Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead talent acquisition

   across tech and business functions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding

   processes to ensure seamless employee transitions and an excellent experience.

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance

  , ensuring accurate processes aligned with company policies and labor laws.

• Drive employee experience & engagement initiatives

  , strengthening Opsolute’s culture through meaningful programs and touchpoints.

• Handle core HR operations

  , including maintaining employee records, HR systems, documentation, and HR reporting.

• Collaborate with leadership

   to implement people strategies that support organizational goals, team efficiency, and employee growth.

• Continuously evaluate and improve policies, processes, and programs

   to streamline operations and elevate the employee journey.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years

   of HR experience, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience across 

  full-spectrum HR functions

  : recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll & benefits, employee experience, compliance, and HR operations.
• Strong 

  recruitment experience

  , especially for tech, sales, and engineering roles, with proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration

  , or a related field.
• Experience with 

  Zoho People/Payroll or other HRMS platforms

   is a plus.
• Excellent 

  communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

   with the ability to work independently.
• A 

  people-first mindset
