We’re Hiring: Product Manager

This role is for professionals who understand that great trading and investment products are built at the intersection of customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory discipline. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of broking and investment products—from vision to execution and continuous optimisation.

The Role:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for stock broking platforms, trading tools, and investment solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Market & Customer Insight

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for new features, enhancements, and products.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with technology, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to design, build, and launch scalable, secure, and compliant products.

• Requirement Gathering & Prioritisation

Translate inputs from traders, investors, internal stakeholders, and leadership into clear, prioritised product requirements.

• Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

Ensure all products meet regulatory and financial industry standards, including SEBI and exchange guidelines.

• Performance Tracking & Optimisation

Track product performance metrics and iterate continuously to improve usability, reliability, adoption, and profitability.

• Stakeholder Communication

Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and business impact to leadership and internal teams.

You fit right in if you have:

📚 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

📈 Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and investment products

📑 Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEBI, exchanges, etc.)

🧠 Experience with digital trading platforms, OMS, or portfolio management tools

🔎 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

💬 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have:

⚙️ Hands-on exposure to algorithmic trading, market data analytics, or financial APIs

🔁 Experience working in agile product environments within fintech or regulated industries
