Role Summary:-

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities (Product Management Only)

• Own

  end-to-end product lifecycle

  : discovery, roadmap, execution, and launch
• Collaborate with

  Founder, CTO, and Engineering

  to define product vision and priorities
• Translate business and user needs into

  clear product requirements

• Write

  user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation

• Manage and prioritize

  product backlog

  aligned with business goals
• Lead

  agile ceremonies

  : sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning
• Validate product features against

  user experience, usability, and business value

• Act as the

  voice of the customer

  , ensuring intuitive and scalable solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for smooth and timely releases

• Experience working in

  startup or fast-paced environments

  preferred
