Product Manager - Claims Management System

As a PM, you will work closely with stakeholders (Clients, Shippers, Consignees, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Design) and co-define & execute the near-term product roadmap in line with the business strategy and product vision. The aim is to build industry-first product solutions to optimize logistics costs for the shippers, exceed service levels, and continuously enhance customer experience.

• Be team-oriented; should be able to groom Product Analysts on the team
• Have the ability to marry technological competence with an in-depth understanding of operations and customer experience

Requirements (in terms of previous work experience)

• 1-4 years of product management experience with internet start-ups, supply chain organizations and/or SaaS product companies; impactful management consulting background is also preferred
• Consumer application experience is preferred.
• Should know enough tech to be able to comfortably articulate requirements to the engineering and design teams
• Analytics: be great at Excel, SQL
• Knowing wireframing tools (Whimsical, Figma) is preferred but not mandatory
• Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferred but not mandatory
