Job Description

Manpower & Recruitment

• Coordinate daily manpower requirements with operations teams

• Handle hiring of blue-collar workforce (JLs / associates) through vendors

• Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction

Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor daily attendance, shift rosters, and productivity

• Ensure accurate data entry in HRMS (Darwinbox / internal systems)

• Coordinate with payroll team for salary, incentives, OT, and deductions

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and policies

• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and escalations

• Support attrition control and employee retention initiatives

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain employee files, ID cards, and statutory documents

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, wage norms, contractor compliance)

• Support audits and inspections

Engagement & HR Operations

• Support employee engagement activities and communication

• Implement HR policies and SOPs at warehouse level

• Prepare daily/weekly HR MIS and reports
