Lead Learning & Development Specialist

US L&D operations, instructional design, facilitation, and LMS administration

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with

  US stakeholders

  to conduct learning needs analysis and training planning
• Design and deliver

  virtual and instructor-led training (ILT/VILT)

  programs
• Develop

  learning content

  (presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, e-learning outlines)
• Manage

  LMS administration

  (enrollment, tracking, reporting, completions)
• Support leadership development, functional, and behavioral training programs
• Measure training effectiveness using

  feedback, assessments, and basic learning metrics

• Manage vendor coordination and learning calendars
• Ensure training documentation, compliance records, and audit readiness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in learning processes

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development

• Experience supporting

  US or global learning programs

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience working in

  US shifts / night shifts

• Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field

Good to Have

• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.)
• Instructional design certifications (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, ATD)
• Experience in

  shared services / BPO / captive setups
