As the Training Lead, you bring a passion for training, learning, and collaboration to ensure team members across the Localization and Fulfillment businesses have impactful, engaging, and memorable learning experiences. You play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a globally consistent, accurate, and up-to-date Training Program. Working with decentralized team members responsible for creating source content, you ensure training is delivered effectively. Your primary responsibilities include partnering with teams to define learning programs and needs while aligning efforts with department goals and KPIs. Handling LMS administration, enrollments, and reporting progress on learning initiatives to managers are part of your duties. You identify areas for improvement and suggest changes based on technology advancements and industry standards. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Production, Post Production Studies, or relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration Manage and maintain Career progression systems along with LMS platforms (e.g., Brainier, Talentguard), with scope to optimise processes and implement innovative solutions. Generate reports, maintain dashboards, and track certification progress (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Snowflake). Ensure user permissions and access are managed accurately, aligning with best practices. Collaborate with the Head of L&D to create and refine a skills taxonomy within the pathway system.
